Club Attendant to join the team on a
Part-Time basis

  • Front Office and/or Food and Beverage Service experience preferred

About the Role

  • Meet & connect with club guests and give them an experience beyond their expectations.
  • Monitor club lounge for seating availability, service, safety, and wellbeing of guests.
  • Engage guests in conversation regarding their stay, property services, and area attractions/offerings.
  • Welcome and conduct club guest checkins/ checkouts and farewell and adapt for any changes.
  • Prepare and serve hot, cold, and/or alcoholic beverages
  • Gather, summarize, and provide information to guests about the property and the surrounding area amenities, including special events and activities.
  • Provides excellent customer service by being readily available/approachable for all guests.
  • Complete opening and closing duties including setting up necessary supplies and tools, and ensuring work area is clean and everything is in working order, and completing daily cleaning checklist.
  • Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day, practicing cleanasyougo procedures.
