Location: Gold Coast, QLD

Salary: $80,000 to $100,000

We are seeking an Junior Level Conveyancer to join our client's amazing team in the Gold Coast. Key Responsibilities:

• Help manage a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial conveyancing matters from initial instruction to settlement.
• Provide ongoing support to the Property Solicitors and Principal Solicitors
• Conduct thorough property searches, prepare, and review contracts, and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
• Use of PEXA and Leap Cloud would be desirable but training can be provided
• Maintain accurate records and manage all administrative aspects of the conveyancing process.

Qualifications and Experience:

• 1-2 years PQE with proven experience in conveyancing/property law.
• In-depth knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in conveyancing software and MS Office.
