**- 8+ Years of Agile experience with more than 3+ years as Scrum master role in end to end Implementation.

  • Scrum Master will work within a team of Agile professionals and consult to our clients to deliver worldclass consulting solutions to address their daily challenges.
  • Hands on experience as a scrum master and relevant certifications.
  • Professional certification or qualification in Agile / Lean.
  • Experience in managing end to end Testing for complex Data/ Big data migration/ consolidation/ upgrade projects as Test Manager.
  • Hands On experience in building test Strategy, testing planning and execution.
  • Hands on experience on black box testing, automation testing and ETL testing tools.
  • Track record of success delivering largescale and complex pieces of work at the program/portfolio level.
  • Managing multiple agile squads at onshore offshore delivery model.
  • Insure adherence to agile processes and methodologies using JIRA and Confluence.
  • Good hands on experience on databases& SQL Scripting.
  • Hands on experience Big data Testing processes Hive & Hadoop.
  • Hands on experience on Streaming Tool (Nifi).
  • Foster a high performing team mentality.
  • Ability to consult to clients and actively contribute to team success.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Facilitate collaborative activities within the agile delivery team.
  • Champion Agile principles, values, and practices.
  • Facilitate the development of team norms.
  • Ensure team is accountable for the agreed upon norms.
  • Track delivery team process, ensuring sustainable pace and quality.
  • Experienced in implementation of CII initiatives.
  • Promote engagement of the agile team by encouraging the team to selforganize.
  • Promote continuous improvement within the agile delivery team.
  • Collaborate with other project leadership to effectively manage risks and coordinate mitigation efforts
  • Provide transparency to the team and stakeholders by ensuring metrics are relevant, available, and uptodate
  • Prepare and lead presentations to team members and executives
  • Create and maintain work effort and budget reports
  • Provide business reports to management and clients as assigned
  • Ensure adherence to Agile processes and methodologies
