Welfare Recruitment Solutions are currently recruiting for a Site Facilitator on a full time basis for a not for profit organisation that support vulnerable women and children based in the inner west of Sydney.

The role is to be offered on an initial 12 month contract with the view to it being extended/made permanent.


The Role:


You will be responsible for reception duties which will include providing a welcoming and professional first point of contact to women entering the service who maybe in crisis, general administration duties, including, room booking systems, fleet management and WHS functions, and facilities maintenance and coordination.

To be considered for this position you will have previous administration/reception experience. You will have excellent IT skills, clear communication skills and be very organised.

This could be someone who has studied social work/community services and is looking to get into the sector or someone who has worked in a similar role and wants to work in a not for profit organisation.

In return you will be offered a salary in the range of $6- 72k + Super + the benefits of Salary Packaging associated for working with a Not-for-profit organisation.

There are also other perks including additional wellness leave and $500 pa to spend towards wellness.

Due to the nature of the role this role would need to be worked in person, 8:30-4:30 Monday-Friday.
