Fulton Hogan's 2024 Australian Graduate Program is offered across its Construction business and we are looking to bring on a recent People & Culture graduate to support our southern region team, based in Victoria.

The Opportunity


We are seeking a passionate, proactive and energetic People & Culture Graduate to join our People & Culture team in Richmond.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has recently graduated and is looking for an opportunity to join a great company and team.

The role will provide you with ongoing career and development opportunities to grow you into a well-rounded HR professional. You will support operations of day to day HR functions and initiatives across various projects.

What we need from you

  • You hold a qualification in HR or similar
  • A strong sense of urgency and ability to work in a high pressure environment
  • Excellent communication skills, as well as the ability to quickly build rapport with a range of diverse internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent organisational skills, with a high attention to detail and cando attitude
  • A strong desire to deliver positive outcomes as part of a team
  • Alignment with our values of Respect, Energy & Effort, Attitude & Leadership
