What will you be doing?

  • Management of a portfolio of motor claims
  • Taking phone calls from Customers, collecting relevant information regarding their claims
  • Liaising with clients, assessors, and repairs
  • Build report and deliver great customer service

What do you need?

  • Relevant experience working in a call centre/ office environment
  • Possess a great cando attitude
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients and third parties
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
