Head Bartenders at The Rocks, NSW 2000


We are looking for a confident and outgoing professional, who stays calm under pressure behind the bar and keep things light-hearted with the customers whilst taking pride in the reputation of the Bar.

You will be constantly interacting with customers to ensure guest experience.


We will give you the skills, training, and mentorship from the best in the hospitality industry to help you build the career you've always wanted.


  • Minimum of 1 years' experience in a similar role
  • Dedicated to providing high quality service at a consistent level.
  • Wellgroomed/presented.
  • A positive attitude, professional and enthusiastic
  • Reliable and have a strong work ethic.
  • Valid RSA
  • Must be able to work nights and/or weekends.
  • Training available
