The Intrax Housing Division has excelled in motivating volume builders to construct more cutting-edge and cost-effective homes for Australian families. An exciting opportunity awaits you to join our thriving Housing team in Queensland, on a full-time permanent basis, as an Engineering Team Leader reporting directly to the Queensland housing manager.

In this dynamic and demanding role, your responsibilities will include:

  • Nurturing and advancing team members
  • Cultivating and expanding client relationships
  • Providing technical expertise to sales staff for securing new business
  • Overseeing departmental projects, innovations, and enhancements
  • Achieving the departmental/state financial targets as specified by State & National Department Managers

To excel in this role, you should ideally possess:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil/Structural)
  • 3+ years of experience in a technical capacity
  • Proven track record in people management within a leadership role
  • Demonstrated success in managing workflows effectively and efficiently
  • Proficiency in the residential design and construction process, from undeveloped land to final handover
  • A comprehensive understanding of key regulatory standards such as NCC, AS2870, AS1720, AS1684, AS4055, AS3600, AS4100, AS4678, AS3500, AS3700
  • Familiarity or willingness to work with CRM systems to enhance processes and frameworks
