About the role

  • The Marketing Coordinator supports the Marketing team and plays a crucial role in planning and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and achieve marketing/business objectives.


Working closely with the Marketing Operations Lead and Marketing Managers, the Marketing Coordinator will help plan, build and execute end-to-end campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

They will assist with digital content, demand generation, external campaigns by setting up clear and concise end-to-end processes and develop tactics for improvements that will assist with go-to-market decisions and future campaign investments.


The role involves active participation in go-to-market decisions, providing insights for strategic discussions, and contributing to the continuous improvement of campaign processes.

The Marketing Coordinator is expected to possess a learning and growth mindset, staying updated on marketing principles and strategies.

About you:

  • 24 years' experience with building, planning, and executing marketing automation campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar automation tool
  • Processdriven and always looking for ways to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Ability to create content and use tools such as Canva and the Adobe Creative Suite
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex data findings to nontechnical stakeholders
  • Focused on building partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives
  • Marketing, business or creative degree/equivalent
