We're looking for someone that can partner closely with business representatives to deliver high quality Business Analysis services for complex initiatives at pace to drive strategic outcomes for Bupa's customers.
Our focus is on information management related to data standards, ensuring we have clear processes and tools in place to enable the safe handling of data.
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:A minimum 5 years' experience as a Business AnalystRecords management and data retention experience.
Data migration experience.
This is a 12-month Fixed term Contract or Secondment role based in Melbourne.
We're a collaborative team so we usually work in the Melbourne office in the CBD once a week, and you can enjoy the comfort of working from home for the rest of the week.
How will I help?You will add value by:
Partnering closely with business initiative owners to develop a deep understanding of the challenges, pain points and areas of opportunity.
Planning, establishing and facilitating stakeholder workshops.Conducting Cost/Benefit Analysis to support discovery and new business investment proposals.
Developing current and future state process documentation.
Developing business requirement specifications (BRS) and functional requirement specification (FRS) documentation (as required/project specific) and utilising standard templates and guidelines.
Challenging and ask 'why' to provide the best solution for the business and our customers.Working closely with cross-functional teams to develop clear and unambiguous product backlogs of work which deliver the outcomes needed by our business.
Working with the team to define Epics, Features, User Stories, and tasks per business initiative at pace.Defining concise acceptance criteria which supports the delivery team and testers.
