This role will have you working at our Distribution Centre based in Homebush and across the hours of 6am-2pm Monday to Friday. You will have the opportunity to fulfil this role for our existing 60 stores across Australia and exciting new stores to come.

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you are responsible for assisting the team leaders and DC Management in maintaining all activity on the floor that facilitates the smooth running of the Warehouse. The Warehouse Supervisor must ensure that all Team Members are working to the standards required whilst supporting the Warehouse Management team to ensure all stock delivered is taken from the receiving area in a timely manner and picked and processed accurately.

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be across a range of duties and responsibilities, some of which include:

Liaising with DC management and team leaders regarding daily production requirements Work in sync with the DC Management to achieve production targets and assist in coordinating workflow to provide a successful outcome Manage and report on compliance to SOP's Train staff to consistently improve standards and build the team's skillset Manage Team Members accordingly and maintain a positive and friendly environment React quickly and effectively in a dynamic fast paced environment

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR?

Minimum 2 years' experience as a Warehouse Supervisor experience or equivalent Previous RF scanning experience in unit pick environment Team Management experience Training Staff with RF scanners Experience with Process Improvement
