What's the opportunity?
An opportunity has arisen for a Recalls Analyst to join the team in Norwest.

The primary purpose of this role is to work with the Warranty Manager and others in the company to ensure the successful implementation of the recalls and its regular operations.

Further to the above the duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Manager owner recalls communication program, recalls database and updated communication list
  • Manage third party relationships and all the recalls escalations
  • Manage recall parts demand planning and parts escalations
  • Support logistics operations for recall parts
  • Coordinate with dealers on their recall claims submission performance
  • Reporting
  • Manage warranty improvement program
  • Conduct warranty and recalls compliance training for the network staff
  • Invoicing
