Provide support to the Medical Office in their engagement with healthcare practitioners to deliver better outcomes

Duties
It's an exciting time at icare where no two days are the same; as a Healthcare Outcome Support Officer you will:

  • Support the monitoring of healthcare practitioner risk issues and incidents and assist the team with actions and responses
  • Provide first point of contact and monitor, manage and refer queries relating to concerns or queries regarding healthcare practitioner issues.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key internal business areas
  • Prepare information and data for analysis, communication, presentations, and reporting
  • Provide quality assurance checks on data, information, presentations and correspondence
  • Maintain and update records, processes, procedures and databases to ensure information is current, accurate and compliant with system and business requirements

Skills & Experience

  • Experience in healthcare environment, workers compensation or other personal injury insurance
  • Demonstrated attention to detail combined with the ability to think analytically
  • Organisational skills combined with the ability to prioritise work in a highvolume environment
  • Proficient in standard Microsoft Office tools
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
