The role:


Your primary role will be to coordinate and lead site based operations, working closely with front line labour, our Superintendent and the client.


Your impact:


Your presence will help site based trades work safely and efficiently, to deliver key pieces of civil / infrastructure works across Melbourne and wider Victoria.


Your every day:

  • Successfully manage the program, budgets and quality assurance of all projects to ensure a highquality project is delivered.
  • Constantly build strong client relationships that position Grampians for repeat work.
  • Manage site safety and environmental compliance on the project.
  • Be the focal point for all trades and labour in your area

Who are you?

  • 7+ years relevant civil construction experience
  • Relevant experience in delivering projects in excess of $5 million and leading large teams under a range of contract models.
  • Strong communication and management skills
  • A proven track record in delivering complete contract scope on safe, under budget, on time and a quality product
