We are looking for a safety-focused Infrastructure Supervisor to lead, mentor, coach and develop a team of maintenance personnel who are responsible for maintaining all operational site services infrastructure.

You'll be part of a friendly team that is committed to each other's success.

Your leader is supportive and will provide the environment for you to learn your role and succeed in your goals.


This is a great opportunity for an experienced infrastructure supervisor/coordinator or a capable future leader who is looking to take the next step in their career.

Reporting to the Site Services Superintendent you will be:

  • Providing direct supervision and leadership to a team of multidisciplined routine and projectbased contractors
  • Allocating and coordinating both planned and unplanned maintenance activities across the assets including buildings, workshops, facilities and water networks
  • Working closely with key stakeholders across various sitebased departments
  • Providing contractor management support when thirdparty contractors are working (or operating) on nonprocess infrastructure
  • Driving a positive safety culture through proactive, visible, and authentic safety leadership
  • Identifying and driving cost savings and fostering a continuous improvement culture
  • Managing SAP for maintenance and people activities

What you'll bring

  • Previous experience at managing contractors, including aspects of HSE, schedule, quality of work and contract compliance
  • Ability to work with diverse teams and manage multiple programs of change/continuous improvement activities
  • Hold a current "C Class" WA Manual Driver's License
  • Western Australian Electricians License (no restrictions) is beneficial

Where you'll be working


Located 110km west of Newman, West Angelas operates on a fly in fly out roster from Perth, Broome and Busselton.


West Angelas is a pioneer in autonomous technologies - we were the first site to trial autonomous haul trucks and incorporate autonomous drilling into our operations in 2008, and we continue to have one of the largest mining fleets in the Pilbara.


Our high grade, low phosphorous Marra Mamba orebody is an integral part of the Pilbara Blend, contributing both lump and fines products on around four trains each day.

At the West Angelas hub there are state-of-the-art power generation and refuelling facilities. These facilities supply power and diesel fuel to the East Pilbara mine sites.


The future is bright at West Angelas with ongoing growth projects at Deposits C and D, as well as additional deposits under study providing enormous opportunities for personal development and career growth.
