About the role:

We are looking for an experienced Fast Food Chain leader to join our growing Perth Airport team, who is agile and flexible in leading a team in a busy but rewarding environment. The successful candidate will assist the Manager to run a busy Hungry Jacks outlet – catering to the appetites of hungry travellers.

About you:

Experience within the following criteria would be of advantage:

  • Ability to set clear expectations and follow-up on performance outcomes
  • Strong communication, coaching and leadership skills
  • Experience in managing teams and a strong sense of teamwork
  • Ability to work autonomously in a face-paced high-pressure environment
  • Experienced with relevant legislative regulations, codes of practice and industry standards
  • Strong customer service skills and clear understanding of the relationship between service and sales results.
  • Knowledge of stock take

Criteria / Qualifications:

  • Food Safety Certificate (or be willing to obtain one)
  • Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Operations or other related discipline is desirable
  • Prior experience leading a Fast Food multi-outlet or multi-site team would be advantageous

Availability:

  • The successful candidate must commit to a variety of shifts over a 7 day a week roster including morning, days, and nights
