About the role
In your new role as a Maintenance employee, you will support the Maintenance Manager and the team in in performing repairs and maintenance to the plant machinery and ensuring all work is executed safely and in line with Baiada's standards and processes.

About you
As a trade qualified maintenance professional, you will have recent experience within a maintenance team in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the intensive food processing industry. In addition, you will have:

  • Specialist trade qualifications in Electrical, Fitter & Turner, Boilermaking and/or related field
  • A strong mechanical aptitude along with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure
  • Availability to commit to a 12 hour rotating shift roster across Monday – Sunday
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and contribute to a team environment
  • Full Australian Work Rights without any limitations
