At Boeing Defence Australia (BDA) our Strategy team is seeking a highly experienced Strategy Development Specialist to join us.

Our team is engaged across BDA, and collaborates globally, to provide informed insights and strategic analysis to support decision making, and to guide strategy development for the business.


Responsibilites

  • Guide and mentor the team in strategy development techniques and market analysis methods, and continuously evolve our best practice
  • Conduct and draw actionable insights from analysis of competitive, market, geopolitical and customer environment to inform strategic decision making
  • Facilitate and guide development of organisational strategies, and inform subsequent strategytoaction to ensure alignment with strategic objectives
  • Facilitate and guide strategy development for new business opportunities
  • Engage across the business to bring a strategic lens to organizational initiatives

Experience/Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in strategic analysis and strategy development
  • Advanced communication skills that enable you to engage a broad group of stakeholders across the organization, and influence decision making
  • A collaborative approach, with experience drawing in diverse perspectives and ideas to inform strategy and strategic plans
  • A passion for continuous improvement and ability to think creatively
