For our Aged Care Workers, it's about making a difference in the lives of our elderly community members, every day. It takes a special individual to be a Care Worker and provide support to our seniors. We are searching for that special person to join our dedicated KinCare team based in the Bankstown area.
Your Responsibilities:
- Domestic Assistance: Ensuring the homes of older individuals are clean and safe
- Assisting customers with meal preparation and shopping
- Providing social support and transportation to activities
- Personal care including grooming, showering, dressing, medication management, mobility assistance, and therapy
- Offering respite and emotional support
- Accompanying customers to appointments and providing social interaction
- Delivering specialized care to individuals with high needs, such as dementia

Requirements for a Care Worker:
- Dedication to supporting our senior community in living independently at their homes
- Possession of a valid P1 class or higher Australian Driver's License and a registered vehicle due to travel requirements
- Ability to handle challenging situations and remain composed under pressure
- Availability to work a minimum of 3 days - Monday to Friday, with no evening or weekend shifts
- Capacity to work autonomously and problem-solve, seeking assistance from management when necessary
