About The Role:

We are seeking a full-time Clinic Manager to join our Clear Skin Family, who will drive clinic sales, provide guidance to team members, and set a positive example. As the face of our clinic, we expect you to bring a warm energy, leading by example to offer the exceptional service our clients deserve at Clear Skincare Clinics.

Aside from the glamorous aspects, responsibilities will include reporting, compliance, and maintaining clinic standards to ensure overall success and an exceptional client experience.

  • A qualification in Beauty Therapy at Cert IV or Diploma level.
  • Demonstrated success in a dynamic environment where each day brings new challenges.
  • Experience in leading high-performing teams.
  • The ability to motivate your team to exceed sales targets.
  • Familiarity with medical-grade devices like Candela Laser and HydraFacial is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Effective and positive communication skills that inspire your team.
