We are at a growth stage and are aiming to identify rapidrevenue generation opportunities that will fuel the expansion of our programsand the enrichment of our community's mental health landscape.

Your Role:

Doncare is looking for a well-qualified candidate to join usas a Clinical Psychologist and senior member of our leadership team. As apart-time Clinical Psychologist at Doncare, you will lead and work alongsideour dedicated team to not only expand our existing counselling services butalso explore the untapped potential of clinical psychology within ourorganisation. Key focus areas:

Room Hire by Psychologists/Counsellors: Explore thefeasibility of renting counselling rooms to external practitioners, broadeningour reach and impact.

Shared Revenue Models: Innovate strategies for sharingrevenue generated from counselling fees, fostering relationships with GeneralPractitioners.

Counselling Supervision: Enhance the availability of counsellingsupervisors, empowering the next generation of mental health professionalswhile boosting revenue streams.
