A fantastic opportunity has opened for someone looking to join as a Senior Property Manager / Team Leader in one of Brisbane's premiere agencies, Place Estate Agents at our Gumdale Office. This opportunity will afford you the ability to work in a supportive team with opportunities for growth along the way

This role is only Monday to Friday, no weekends required
Key responsibilities:

  • Managing a portfolio of approximately 110 properties, all within reasonable proximity to Gumdale.
  • Property management duties inclusive of, but not limited to, ongoing management, repairs, maintenance, arrears management, lease renewals, entry and exit reports and routine inspections
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and company policies

To allow you to focus on the client experience, you will be supported by having;

  • Full time Trust Accountant
  • Full time BDM and Leasing
  • Full time Administration Support
  • Strong systems and processes already in place, so smooth integration into the role
  • Extensive onboarding process, hands on training and ongoing support

  • You have a passion for Property Management and Customer Service
  • Current QLD Sales Registration Certificate
  • Current QLD Drivers Licence with access to a reliable vehicle
  • You have a can-do attitude and a willingness to work through problem solving
  • You pride yourself on quality and timely service delivery
