Ordinary hours of work:

You are required to work 38 hours per week, plus all such reasonable additional hours as may be required to properly perform your duties in accordance with this agreement or as directed by the board.

In addition to ordinary hours of work, you are expected to attend the biannual company wide conference.

Your Role:

You will be part of a dynamic local team responsible for increasing Membership sales.

Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, you'll work toward the common goal of achieving sales targets and working in a cohesive and friendly team environment.

We're looking for an experienced and self-motivated salesperson with a flexible approach to work style. You'll need to have plenty of drive and determination to succeed, as there's lots to learn


This role plays a crucial role in delivering Hub's member journey - assisting members to build social and business connections that fuel collaboration, innovation, and success.

A thriving Clubhouse community increases retention and fuels occupancy targets.


Hub will provide training to help you gain the knowledge you need for the role, ensuring you have the skills to adapt your style and technique to each lead.


Responsibilities by function:

_New member acquisition and pipeline management_

  • Prioritising and responding to all sales enquiries for our Hub Local Box Hill clubhouse;
  • Conduct tours of Hub Australia Clubhouses when required and demonstrate/communicate advantages of our products compared to industry competitors;
  • Work towards maintaining 100% building occupancy through achieving booked tour targets;
  • Assist with developing and maintaining a robust sales pipeline including, but not limited to:
  • Identify, develop and evaluate leads and opportunities;
  • Lead generation and prospecting potential members;
  • Seeking out new business development opportunities via networking events, local area marketing and community engagement;
  • Cultivating referrals from within our community and organising referral incentives where applicable;
  • Assist in maintaining relationships with online brokers in your city, communicating Hub's brand and offering to ensure high conversion rates;
  • Provide unmatched customer service to potential prospects, ensuring an excellent start to their member journey experience;
  • Taking ownership of Licence Agreement negotiations;
  • Work closely with your Sales Manager for large corporate enquiries and sales;
  • Work autonomously to achieve company forecasts;
  • Recording and tracking deal progressions through our CRM (HubSpot).

_Member Administration_

  • Management of the sales process from initial enquiry to close, for each Membership product in the Member Portal and HubSpot (our CRM);
  • Ownership of sales reporting to your Sales Manager;
  • Identifying areas of improvement for our sales process and pipeline and assisting with Projects where required;
  • Assist with preparing Sales Proposals and Licence Agreements as required;
  • Assist with invoicing of security deposits and initial onboarding fees;
  • Coordinate the handover of new member sales to the Clubhouse team.
  • Manage membership renewals and work closely with the Area Manager and Sales Manager as required;
  • Assist with member exit interviews, ensuring relevant feedback is acted on through the appropriate channels;
