About the role

  • Provide up to date statistical information for the Project as required.
  • Assist in the preparation of Project health and safety reports.
  • Assist in the preparation of Project weekly and monthly reports.
  • Support the development of the Environmental Management System.
  • Assist in the development of Environmental initiatives across the Project
  • Support the HSE management team
  • Assist with statistical HSE data entry, as required
  • Assist with coordinating HSE promotional activities and events.

About you

  • Relevant work experience in the construction industry in administrative roles.
  • Able to organise, prioritise and work independently.
  • Able to adapt to a rapidly changing environment and be resourceful/selfreliant in investigating and enquiring into issues.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
  • Able to organise, plan and prioritise between operational and strategic issues with a proven record of delivering outcomes on time.
  • Competent user of MS Office Suite e.g. MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
