**We are looking to expand our amazing bar team with some new vibrant and passionate bartenders. Whether you're a hospo veteran or an eager newbie wanting to learn, we are looking for individuals who are enthusiastic, friendly, and keen to join our team.

As a member of the Sol team, you'll have the chance to showcase your passion for mixology. Using premium ingredients and innovative techniques, you'll craft unique cocktails that elevate the guest experience. Bring your expertise, flair, and dedication and you'll thrive in a vibrant environment that celebrates craftsmanship and hospitality.

What we are looking for?

  • Experience working behind the bar, in a fastpaced environment will be highly regarded
  • An understanding of mixing and serving drinks is essential
  • Passionate, driven and have a genuine interest in hospitality
  • Contribute to a positive team culture
  • Someone who is a team player, has great communication skills and a handson approach
  • Passionate for creating experiences: It's the heart of what we do
  • Must be willing to work Friday, Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays
