We are currently seeking applications from experienced Mechanical Fitters for upcoming roles at our client based in Osborne, commencing ASAP on a casual assignment. The ideal candidate will come from a defence or heavy industrial background, with strong experience in mechanical assembly and installation, along with a positive and hard-working attitude.

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:

  • National police clearance issued within 3 months
  • Trade Certificate in Mechanical Engineering
  • Confined Space ticket refreshed within 2 years
  • Working at Heights and Elevated Work Platform tickets
  • Assembly and installation experience in a defence/heavy industrial background
  • Australian citizen
  • Own vehicle and current driver's license.

Applicants will be required to submit an application for the Naval Shipbuilding and Sustainment Identification Card (NSSIC) following a successful interview.
