About the Role:

In this Role you will be responsible for:

  • Providing support with emotional behaviours, education, cooking & domestic duties
  • Effectively communicating with clients using Auslan sign language
  • Adapting service delivery to meet participant needs and preferences
  • Encouraging clients to make choices and decisions about all aspects of their life

What you need:

  • An energetic, positive, and creative personality
  • Experience supporting people with disability or similar, with an empathetic approach
  • Certificate 3 in Individual Support (Disability, Aged Care or Community Services)
  • Auslan qualifications and practical/ workrelated experience using Auslan
  • Ability to work morning and afternoon shifts across weekdays
  • Experience completing client documentation and related administration

Other requirements:

  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (or Valid DHS Disability Screening)
  • Current Driver's Licence
