The Role

Ventura Bus Drivers lead the way in providing a trustworthy service across public transport route, school and charter.

We are searching for passionate people who want to service their community, whilst delivering exceptional customer experiences in the safe transportation of passengers.

In return we offer on-going support and training to our drivers, along with stable employment in a secure industry.

Additionally, we offer top industry rates and our Casual Bus Drivers are provided with ample opportunities to maximise their earning potential through different avenues of the business.


Applicants must be willing and flexible to work a rotating roster, which may include weekends, early morning and late-night shifts.


Job Description:

What are we looking for?

A current valid Victorian HR or higher licence

Availability to work a rotating roster, including some weekends, early morning and late-night shifts.

Excellent communication skills.

Safe driving record.

High regard for safety.

Ability to obtain relevant medical and background clearances including Driver's Accreditation and Working With Children Card (WWCC).
