  • Lead and oversee intricate projects and programs while serving as the primary client interface
  • Cultivate relationships, solve problems, and drive projects to successful conclusions
  • Coordinate the design process to meet the client's needs and handle expectations
  • Assess project plans and specifications, manage scheduling, identify cost-saving strategies, address discrepancies, anticipate construction issues, etc.
  • Supervise project safety and environmental stipulations
  • Control project schedules, risks, and reporting
  • Manage project finances and offer advice on strategies to maintain budget compliance
  • Conduct project/site meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors (including potential travel within the NT as required)
  • Engage in marketing and business development efforts
Qualifications
  • A recognized Degree or equivalent qualification in a technical field such as Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering, or Architecture
  • 3+ years of industry experience in project management
  • Capacity to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications is crucial, and familiarity with Primavera is advantageous
  • Technical proficiency to lead and manage complex projects and programs as the main client interface
  • Superb written and verbal English skills with excellent report and proposal writing abilities
  • Solid leadership qualities with the capability to lead and nurture a team
  • Highly motivated and dedicated with a fervor for delivering value to clients
  • Defense Clearances are beneficial
