Your new role:

What you will bring to the role:
The minimum qualifications for the Reservations Coordinator role are a certificate or diploma in administration/hospitality or equivalent work experience.

The required competencies include strong customer service, administrative experience with attention to detail, alignment with company values, excellent communication skills, ability to work independently and in a team, problem-solving, and a positive attitude.

Preferred competencies include experience in hotel management, resource industry, reservations/booking systems, and contract administration. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is also required.
