The Employee Technology group provides "the backbone of amazing technology experiences" through driving and delivering positive end user experiences.

The group comprises of the following core areas:

What you'll be doing:

  • Provide facetoface IT support to endusers at the Smart Bar, including hardware and software troubleshooting, installations, and configurations.
  • Provide guidance and training to endusers on using technology tools, systems, and software.
  • Assist with managing and maintaining equipment inventory, including tracking repairs, replacements, and warranties.
  • Document and maintain support requests and resolutions in the ticketing system.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate and resolve more complex issues.
About You

What you'll bring to the table:

  • Demonstrated experience providing IT support in a face-to-face setting, such as a help desk, service desk, or Smart Bar.
  • Strong technical knowledge of computer hardware, software, and mobile devices, including experience troubleshooting and resolving issues.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts in a clear and concise manner to non-technical end-users.
  • Experience with ticketing systems and documenting support requests and resolutions.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of ITIL framework, IT service management principles, and best practices is a plus.
