Monday to Friday role at our Welshpool head office.

About the opportunity
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Utilise our well-established database to seek expressions of interest for roles
  • Liaising closely with Hiring Managers from different departments, ensuring that there is wellestablished communication
  • Engaging with internal and external stakeholders and representing the company

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

  • 1+ years' experience in a Recruitment Advisor role
  • Bluecollar recruitment experience is highly advantageous
  • Demonstrated ability to undertake endtoend (360) recruitment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a small team, while working towards mutual goals
  • Previous use of JobAdder or FastTrack 360 is desirable
