The Role
As the
Contract Manager , you will lead the delivery team of our in-house tradespeople and apprentices to deliver the Hard-technical Trade Services to our major National Client - BP

This role is based across
Sydney, NSW
Due to the security clearance for this account to be successful, you must be an
Australian Citizen.

  • Managing the delivery of the contractual obligations ensuring that the contractual KPI's are achieved;
  • The contract's financial success through delivery of the yearly profit forecast;
  • Active management of the BGIS' contract team through effective leadership and communication;
  • Review and advise on the condition of assets and make recommendations to increase the lifecycle of the plant and equipment;
  • Focus on growing and increasing the recurring revenue planned and preventative maintenance value;
  • Ensure all OHS requirements are met;
  • Provide effective leadership and communication;
  • Deliver all services in accordance with contractual requirements;
  • Full compliance and consistency with the contract and BGIS' business systems.

Skills & Experience

  • Tertiary qualifications
  • Bachelor degree or Master in Property, Commerce, Business or similar discipline; Or Trade Qualified (Elec, Mech, Hydraulic or Building)
  • Training in current OH & S and QA and environmental legislations and systems;
  • Use of Computerised Maintenance Management System knowledge (CMMS).
  • 4 + years in managing an inhouse trades team
  • Experience working with petroleum sites is preferred
