An exciting opportunity is currently available for an experienced Director of Nursing to join the Bundaberg Hospital within the Wide Bay Hospital and Health Service. The Wide Bay area is arguably one of the most beautiful regions of Queensland. Your opportunity:

• The Director of Nursing has the authority to manage the human and financial resources of the Patient Flow/Nursing Workforce, Bundaberg Hospital in accordance with the delegations of the position and the approved policies and procedures.
• Manage the operational delivery of clinical services for Patient Flow/Nursing Workforce, Bundaberg Hospital.
• Apply well developed clinical knowledge and skills to contribute to the strategic direction of the Patient Flow/Nursing Workforce, Bundaberg Hospital and to provide authoritative counsel to stakeholders.

Our offer:

You will receive a competitive remuneration package value up to $198,959 p.a., comprising salary $174,378 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (Nurse Grade 11) (Permanent Full Time, 76 hours p.f.)
