Due to growth, our client is now seeking a highly motivated Real Estate support person who absolutely loves being the backbone of successful agents and keeping them on track and target.

The Position
In the role of Sales Administration/ EA, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Provide admin and marketing support to the team through listing, marketing and exchange processes
  • Managing appraisal to list processes and sales to settlement processes
  • Create sales prelist kits, listing presentation property proposals, marketing quotes and auction calendars for agents
  • Prepare sales agency agreements for vendor and agent to sign via Docusign
  • Prepare marketing campaigns for all properties and ensure all advertising deadlines are met
  • Coordinate agent attendance for photography, floor plan, copywriting, virtual tours/ photo montages, and stylists for each property
  • Coordinate and attend pest and building inspections, valuations and trade appointments
  • Upload and manage all sales properties onto the internet using CRM (agent box)

The Person

  • Previous real estate experience preferred but not essential
  • Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence (or working towards obtaining one)
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
  • Extremely accurate attention to detail
  • Highly organised and able to multitask under pressure
  • Immaculate personal presentation
  • Firstclass computer skills
