About the role: Are you enthusiastic about leading and nurturing a high-performing retail team in a pharmacy environment? We are looking for an experienced Pharmacy Retail Manager who excels in a fast-paced setting and is eager to contribute to our business growth. This position provides the opportunity to work alongside a committed team of 4-5 pharmacists and 16 assistants, overseeing daily operations and cultivating a culture of service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling recruitment, rostering, and staff training coordination.
- Fostering a customer-centric culture and engaging with the community.
- Supervising staff, managing stock, and procurement duties.
- Ensuring adherence to organizational policies and procedures.
- Displaying leadership qualities and effective people management.
- Conducting efficient reporting and communication with the management.
- Playing an active role in the management team and demonstrating initiative.

- A competitive salary range of $30-35 per hour + Super.
- Full-time position from Monday to Friday, allowing for a good work-life balance.
- Engage in a fast-paced environment handling prescriptions during weekdays and 150 on weekends.
