About the role

As an AEM Developer you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). This role requires a deep understanding of both front-end and back-end development, along with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Requirements

  • Develop and maintain web applications using AEM, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
  • Design and implement user interfaces and web applications, working with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks.
  • Develop back-end components, services, and APIs using Java, OSGi, and other related technologies.
  • Customize and extend AEM components, templates, workflows, and other features to meet specific business requirements.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate design mockups into functional features.
  • Work with DevOps teams to set up, manage, and maintain development and production environments.
  • Implement and manage version control using Git or similar tools.
  • Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Perform code reviews, testing, debugging, and refactoring as necessary.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to AEM applications.
  • Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in web development and AEM.

Job Qualifications and Skill Sets

  • Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with a focus on AEM.
  • Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as Angular, React, or
  • Strong knowledge of Java and related back-end technologies.
  • Experience with AEM 6.x and knowledge of AEM architecture, components, templates, and workflows.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs, web services, and integration techniques.
  • Experience with version control systems such as Git.
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, Maven, or Gradle.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex issues.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
