This studio have been established here in Melbourne for over 20 years and have a diverse portfolio across Retail, Hospitality, F+B nation wide.
A lean team, this studio have partnered with leading Hospitality operators and embarking on site expansion with their client.

Currently they are seeking talented Delivery focused Architects to lead client negotiations, chair consultant meetings, coordinate consultants through design and attending site to liaise with contractors.

Due to the high end design of these landmark sites, whether it brownfield or new build, an appreciation for design is a must.
Paired with exceptional technical knowledge, and the ability to manage stakeholders and external consultants, contractors, high level of communication is required.

Revit ability would be ideal, however this operation is supported by documentation teams based OS.

10 Years experience, delivering projects within retail, hospitality and a high level of communication, and presentation abilities is required.
The ability to multi task, managing up to 4-5 projects at any given time, and being the support for the Directors and Clients.
Project satisfaction will be heightened by delivering of projects on fast track deadlines.
