Due to continued growth of our company an exciting opportunity exists for an experienced professional to join our team as an IT Support Specialist.

This role will be based in Rydalmere, NSW, providing IT Support function to all staff throughout the Group in all IT related matters.

You will be responsible for IT Support across the following:

  • Record, track and document the service desk request problem-solving process, including all successful and unsuccessful decisions made, and actions taken, through to final resolution.
  • Identify and learn appropriate software and hardware used and supported by the organization.
  • Asist with the installation, configuration and testing of new and existing hardware, software and WAN/LAN technologies required.
  • Provide 1st/2nd level desktop and network support.
  • Field incoming requests to the Service Desk via both telephone and e-mail to ensure courteous, timely and effective resolution of end user issues Maintain Service Desk application.

To be successful in this role you must offer the following:

  • 2 years previous on-site support experience in a larger corporate environment.
  • Networking and CISCO skills, including Cisco Telephony
  • Familiarity with the advanced principles of ITIL
  • Works well in a team environment, and independently
