The Role

We have an exceptional opportunity for a
Logistic Customer Service Coordinator (Senior Administrator) to join our growing Redbank logistics team.

To create a positive customer experience for the client, and is responsible for providing status information on orders, resolving logistics issues, inclusive of updating customer and operational reporting and site administration.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support products and services, looking at ways of reducing costs
  • Coordinate with workflow with supervisors/team leaders in the management functions to extend individual skills.
  • Ensure the security of customer inventory including handover to contracted carriers.
  • Escalate customer complaints in conjunction with responsible departments
  • Escalate complaints of service failures to designated manger/supervisor/account.
  • Assist senior management with reports and activities.

Competencies and Skills required:

  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and authorities which impact on your area of responsibility
  • Relationship management and influencing skills
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, highly service orientated.
  • Sound knowledge of Contract Logistic operations both import & export
