Our client is looking for a drive Fablic Clerk to join their team in Malaga.


Are you an organised and detail-oriented individual with a passion for efficiency? We are seeking a talented Fabric Clerk to play a pivotal role in supporting our clients operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organise administrative tasks, ensuring smooth daytoday operations.
  • Utilise advanced Excel skills to create spreadsheets, reports, and data analysis.
  • Coordinate communication and scheduling, maintaining calendars and appointments.
  • Ensuring efficient forecasting.
  • Purchasing and stock control to prevent supply shortages.
  • Liaison with suppliers overseas.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and formulas.
  • Strong computer skills with a high level of familiarity with various software tools.
  • Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.

Whats in it for you:
