How you will make contributions that matter:

We are currently looking for experienced Production Operators to join our friendly team, based at our state-of-the-art facility in Laverton.

You will oversee the operations of multiple production lines and world-class automated equipment.

  • Set up machines and ensure all production procedures are adhered to, enabling safe and efficient operations.
  • Ensure the highest level of safety and hygiene process adherence.
  • Contribute to the site continuous improvement initiatives, proactively find, identify, rectify equipment faults, and troubleshoot in a timely manner.
  • Work to achieve quality targets and daily production schedules, adhering to site scheduling performance indicators.
You'll have the opportunity to learn in multiple operational areas around the site to develop your skill set.

These roles will work on a rotating shift pattern, alternating fortnightly between 6:30am - 2:30pm and 2:30pm - 10:30 pm.


About you:

  • Ideally, production experience within the food manufacturing industry
  • Technical aptitude and the ability to work with highly automated, computerized machinery.
  • Excellent interpersonal, practical computer skills; SCADA operation experience.
  • Strong problemsolving skills
  • Ability to be flexible under changing environment, workloads, and timelines.
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Forklift License desired but not essential
