About your New Role:

  • Assisting our multidisciplinary team including, OT's, SP's, PT's, EP's and BSP with preparing and coordinating assessments, including preparing any documentation
  • Build meaningful therapeutic relationships with participants by implementing therapy programs. This also involves completing appropriate documentation and correspondence with the treating clinician.
  • Preparing clinic rooms for assessments including welcoming participants to the site, organizing appropriate equipment and ensuring assessments are available.
  • Provide officebased support such as maintaining cleanliness of common areas, completing audits of office equipment, stock take and ordering of snacks, resources, and stationary.
  • Develop clinical resources for participants as requested by the treating clinician.
  • Undertaking other ad hoc duties as needed.

About You:

  • You can commit to full time work, although part time applicants may be considered.
  • Students studying their Allied Health certificate IV, looking to complete their required experience hours will be considered on a casebycase scenario.
  • You have your own car and a valid drivers' license.
  • You can provide evidence of, Police Check, Working with Children Check and NDIS worker's screen.
