The Junction Youth Health Service is a primary health service that provides flexible and holistic support to vulnerable young people.
The Junction supports all aspects of health and well-being, with a particular focus on young people who are homeless or otherwise at risk.

You will work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic support, referrals, advocacy, education, and case management to young people, while building on partnerships with schools, health services, youth and other community and government services.
Relevant tertiary qualification (minimum Certificate IV) in Youth Work or equivalent and experience working with vulnerable young people are required.
