Our Greenfields construction project scope involves SMPE&I works.
We're searching for a Mechanical Supervisors to lead our project and make a real impact.
Join our dynamic team in the heart of the Pilbara on a 2:1 FIFO roster

The Role You will:
Encourage and develop cooperation and communication in the workplace and cohesive working strategies.
Interface with other trades to ensure maximum productivity.
Understand the Project schedule and direct the day to day work such that the work crews meet the schedule requirements;

Liaise with other Project team members to ensure the appropriate materials, plant and equipment is available for the safe and productive work.

Formulate safe methods of work in consultation with the HSE Advisor and workforce personnel.
About You To be successful in the role you will possess the following:
Minimum 3 years Supervisory experience
Strong Mechanical background is highly desirable.
Australian Recognised Mechanical Fitter Trade Certificate
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
A commitment to ensuring a safe working environment.
