About the Role

We are actively seeking a dynamic and proactive Regional Coordinator to join our operations team based in Yatala, Queensland. Reporting directly to the National Scheduling Manager, you will play a pivotal role here at Mainmark.

As a Regional Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to provide broad support to the operations team, locally, and the Scheduling Team nationally, while fostering collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders across the business.


In this multifaceted role, you will play a crucial part in planning and driving the timely and efficient delivery of projects in a geographically dispersed setting, be the forefront of direct communication with internal and external stakeholders, assist in the continuous improvement of customer satisfaction whist directly contributing to maximizing revenue and enhancing the efficiency of our regional operations.

Requirements:

A minimum of 2 years of experience in Customer Service, Scheduling or Sales Administration within an office-based environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software (experience with Salesforce advantageous).
Prior exposure to the construction industry would be highly beneficial.
Strong computer literacy and the ability to adapt to new software systems effectively.
