The Role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an
HSEQ Adviser to be a part of our national team located in Ballarat or other suitable location to support operations in western Victoria.

This role is responsible for supporting our Operations Team in our power network services.

This role operates with high autonomy partnering closely with Operations Managers and Supervisors to embed positive safety behaviours and build
HSEQ awareness and capability with field crews.

You will coordinate and manage work-cover claims, undertake incident reporting, risk assessments, site visits/audits, and will interact with client
HSEQ teams.

What we need for you:

• Experience in a health & safety advisory/team lead role in the utility's services sector/trades/construction space
• Cert IV WHS is desirable
• Valid and unrestricted drivers' licence with a willingness to travel on a moderate basis within Victoria.
• Ability to build strong internal and external stakeholder relationships.
• Can do attitude and resilience
• Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to work autonomously.
