ESP Projects are a small family owned Electrical/Solar company in the Redlands. We install solar systems primarily and in the greater Brisbane area (sometimes Gold Coast way). We believe in being honest with our team and our customers.

Qualifications & experience

  • Of course we appreciate previous experience with solar installs, however this is not necessary to apply.
  • You must be good with heights
  • You will be fit and healthy (panels can weigh from 20kgs 25kgs each).
  • Experience with some power tools would also be beneficial.
  • You must enjoy working outdoors and be able to work in the sun being sun smart.

Tasks & responsibilities
This work requires working at heights on residential roofs. Helping our electrician and apprentice to install solar systems.

Work ute leaves the office each day so your fuel is only for getting to the office and back to your home each day - (we are in Caplaba).
