About Your New Role
Your main responsibility as the Vineyard Maintenance Supervisor is to maintain the vineyard's equipment in top condition.

In this role you will:

  • Develop and follow repair and maintenance procedures.
  • Keep thorough records of services for better problemsolving.
  • Cultivate partnerships with external technical experts and service providers.
  • Develop maintenance plans that are costeffective and efficient.
