Job Description

The Finance Analyst reports to the Finance Manager and is responsible for providing financial performance analysis for the Distribution business of Supply Chain.

This role supports planning, target setting processes, and appraisal of actual performance versus plans to enable the Distribution leadership team to steer the business in line with strategies, objectives, and plans. A deep understanding of the Distribution business is essential to support the General Manager of Distribution.

  • Ensure full compliance with accounting standards such as IFRS, IAS, and coordinate year-end audit requirements.
  • Contribute to maintaining a risk-based controls framework, assurance process, and controls compliance, including business planning, MI, key controls, and accounting integrity.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Finance or equivalent.
  • CPA/CA with 8-10 years of finance experience.
  • Strong analytical skills and understanding of commercial drivers.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and structured working approach.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and handle multiple tasks.
  • Independent, self-starter with the ability to review and implement policies, processes, and procedures.
  • Excellent listening, interpersonal, and communication skills.
